Condo rental in the Historic section of Quito, Ecurador

My name is Edward Speaks and I am a retired Californian real estate agent and a Viet Nam era US Naval veteran who has now been living in Quito for two years. I'll be a great source of information for any questions you might have about Ecuador or Quito! 

                                  Rental description

This 2nd floor, 3 bdrm, fully furnished condo has been my personal residence for the last year and a half. I have gone through great lengths to restore (not a remodel) this unit to it's former glory. From it's refurbished wooden floors to the imported bamboo ceiling, this condo shows as brand new! To insure a perfect fit, most of the furniture was custom made to my specifications. The finished look is a fusion of modern, blending with the buildings historical roots. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to the dishes and flatware. The bedrooms offer several sets of sheets and in the bath area you will also have multiple sets of towels. Also included are the HOA fee's, electricity, water, gas, cable TV and WI-Fi. On the nights you decide to stay in, you have an entertainment center that boasts a 50" flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, FM radio and includes a multitude of  DVD movies. Currently two of the bedrooms are furnished and the third is the designated storage room for your suitcases and closets for your extra clothes, etc. The real beauty of this condo lays in it's location, location, location...remember, I'm a real estate agent at heart! It is centered right in the middle of the Historic District known as La Ronda. (please Google: La Ronda, Quito) With it's shops, restaurants, and traditional musical venues, there's never a dull moment on Quito's most famous street. Since this area is the crown jewel of Quito, it is a very safe and very secure area for both tourist and locals alike. The condo building itself is gated with a building manager on duty 24/7. You are also just 10 minutes walking time to the Presidential Palace, beautiful cathedrals, historical homes, grand parks and shopping, shopping!  

                                             Rates and deposits:

The monthly rates are as follows in USD, First month: $625, Second month $600, Third+ month: $575. There is a $75 non refundable booking deposit that will be applied to your first months rent.There is also a  refundable $250 security deposit. Check in times are from 10am to 6pm, and please, no pets!
